Understand how partner information and customer data are handled within the SCROLE Partner Program
Welcome to the SCROLE Partner Program. By registering as a Partner, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of information as described below. These terms apply to all Partners participating in onboarding, support, or customer management activities related to SCROLE.
SCROLE collects and processes Partner information including, but not limited to, name, email address, mobile number, business details, bank or UPI information, and login credentials. This information is used solely for Partner account management, onboarding, communication, performance tracking, and payout processing.
SCROLE tracks customers associated with a Partner based on successful registrations, onboarding completion, and defined attribution logic within the platform. Incomplete registrations or non-activated accounts are not counted or stored for attribution purposes.
As part of the Partner Program, Partners may be granted limited access to customer information including customer name, contact details, service-related information, and subscription status. Such access is provided strictly for the purpose of customer onboarding, first-level support, and service coordination for the SCROLE platform.
Partners explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
Any misuse, unauthorized access, or breach of customer data may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Partner account, forfeiture of pending payouts, and legal action where applicable.
SCROLE uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper attribution, session management, and platform functionality. Disabling cookies may affect access to certain Partner features or accurate tracking within the system.
SCROLE employs reasonable and industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure hosting environments to protect Partner and customer data. Access to data is restricted to authorized users with a legitimate business requirement.
SCROLE does not sell, rent, or commercially share Partner or customer information with third parties. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers for operational, payment, or compliance purposes, and only under confidentiality obligations or when legally required.
Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that access to the SCROLE platform is not shared with unauthorized persons. Any activity performed using the Partner account shall be deemed the responsibility of the Partner.
SCROLE reserves the right to update or modify this Partner Terms & Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued participation in the Partner Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
SCROLE is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, system interruptions, incorrect Partner information, or third-party service disruptions. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accurate tracking and data protection, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
By registering and participating in the SCROLE Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Partner Terms & Privacy Policy.
