Rules, responsibilities, and framework governing participation in SCROLE's Partner Program

Eligibility

Participation in the SCROLE Partner Program is open to individuals and businesses that are legally eligible to enter into a commercial agreement and are actively engaged in providing IT, software, or service-related professional services.
SCROLE reserves the right to approve or reject any partner application at its sole discretion.

Partner Account

Approved partners will be provided access to a dedicated Partner Account and Dashboard. Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information and for keeping their login credentials secure.
All activities carried out through the Partner Account will be deemed to have been performed by the partner.

Partner Role & Responsibilities

Partners play an active role in customer success. This includes:

  • Introducing SCROLE to potential customers
  • Handling customer onboarding and initial setup
  • Providing basic first-level assistance related to usage and workflows
SCROLE will handle:
  • Product maintenance and updates
  • Platform availability and infrastructure
  • Billing, subscriptions, and payment collection
  • Technical escalations beyond first-level assistance
Partners must represent SCROLE accurately and must not promise features, pricing, timelines, or outcomes beyond what is officially communicated by SCROLE.

Partner Tracking & Reporting

All partner-related tracking, including customer status, earnings eligibility, and payouts, is managed through the SCROLE Partner Dashboard. The dashboard is the sole and authoritative source for partner performance and earnings data.
SCROLE makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate tracking but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tracking systems.

Earnings & Eligibility

Partners may earn commissions based on customer activation, retention, and continued use of SCROLE, subject to eligibility conditions defined by the program.
Key principles include:

  • Earnings are not instant and may require customers to meet defined activity or retention milestone
  • Renewal-based earnings are linked to customer payments and eligibility conditions
  • Earnings are time-bound and do not apply indefinitely
Specific commission values, payout amounts, eligibility periods, and withdrawal thresholds are defined in the signed Partner Agreement and may vary based on partner category or performance.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawals are subject to eligibility conditions and minimum payout requirements as defined in the Partner Program and Partner Agreement.
Partners must provide accurate payment details to receive payouts. SCROLE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.

Prohibited Activities

Partners must not engage in activities including, but not limited to:

  • Misrepresenting SCROLE or its services
  • Offering unauthorized discounts, guarantees, or commitments
  • Fraudulent signups, self-referrals, or manipulation of customer activity
  • Spamming or unsolicited promotion
  • Handling customer payments on behalf of SCROLE without written authorization
SCROLE reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts engaging in prohibited activities, with or without prior notice.

Termination

Partners may terminate their participation by notifying SCROLE in writing. SCROLE may suspend or terminate participation at any time due to policy violations, misconduct, fraud, or prolonged inactivity.
Termination may affect pending or future earnings in accordance with the Partner Agreement. Earnings obtained through fraud or misuse will be forfeited.

Intellectual Property

Partners may use SCROLE branding and promotional materials only as expressly permitted. All intellectual property rights related to SCROLE remain the exclusive property of SCROLE.
Unauthorized use of SCROLE intellectual property is prohibited.
